Villa Description
The luxurious, modern 350m2 villa has 4 bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It can be leased together with its adjacent construction upon request, raising the total number of rooms to 7 and total number of guests to 14.
Main Building
Entering the villa from the Ground Level main entrance, there is an outstanding spacious living room with state-of-the-art furnishing, a 65´ Smart TV, a fireplace, and a dining area for 10 guests. At the backside, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. Modern construction, high ceilings and huge balcony doors that provide direct access to the pool area create an exceptional connection between the inside & outside areas of the villa.
On the Upper Level, there are three bedrooms: The Master bedroom is a piece of art: It features a Queen-size bed facing a beautiful fireplace, a walk-in shower, an independent WC, and a jacuzzi. There is also a balcony facing the pool area that offers unobstructed views up to the sea. Right next to the Master bedroom there is a spacious room that serves as a walk-in closet but is also suitable for hosting a child upon request.
On the same level, there are two more bedrooms with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony.
On the Lower Level, there is an amazing open space that features a fully equipped soundproof music room (including musical instruments and a drums booth). The space can also serve as a playroom or living room, as it also features an extraordinary aquarium and comfy sofas.
Opposite the recreational room, there is a kid's bedroom with two single beds, and a W.C. The room has direct access to the backyard and the garden.
All three floors are accessible via elevator as well as an internal staircase, and access to the stairs/elevator is also directly from the secured garage.
Outdoors
The outdoor area is the ideal spot for serendipity moments. It features a newly constructed private swimming pool (6mx4m) with sunbeds and a beautiful marble table, perfect for dining alfresco. The pool is surrounded by Mediterranean plantation, and going to the back of the villa there is a small beautiful garden with vineyards, orange trees & lemon trees.
