Overview
This newly built villa (the 3rd part of the complex was added in 2021) is situated within a magnificent green scenery by the sea, in the area of Dassia, on the east coast of Corfu. Spacious and functional, the fully-equipped villa combines comfort and quality, while it is furnished in minimalist taste by one of the most renowned Greek designers.
Moreover, the sea view from the spacious balconies or through the huge glass doors, the green garden areas, the relaxation by the swimming pool, and the outdoor seating areas, create a relaxing and inviting outdoor atmosphere.
Villa Description
Villa Harmony consists of three constructions, each with a separate entrance.
The 3-bedroom ground floor construction:
The three-bedroom ground floor construction of 160 sq.m., is composed of 3 levels.
The First level includes a fully open plan equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an office. On this level, there is also a private outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool and garden areas.
On the Second level, there is a living room with a 60 sq. m balcony.
The Upper Level includes two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one of which is the master with Queen size beds). Both rooms share the view of Dassia Bay.
The two-bedroom first-floor construction
The two-bedroom first floor of 130 sq.m. includes a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, opening up into a deluxe 70 sq. m. balcony with a panoramic view of Dassia Bay.
The balcony is shared with the second double bedroom. There is also a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one more bathroom, and a utility room. A second balcony outside the living room likewise offers great views of the Ionian Sea.
The 3-bedroom latest construction:
The latest addition to the property is a three-bedroom construction of 160 sq.m. It includes a fully open plan equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an office. On this level, there is also a private outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool and garden areas.
