Villa Description
The villa develops in three levels, has four bedrooms, and can host up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a comfortable dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest W.C.
On the first floor, one can find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony of about 15 sq.m., with a seating area, overlooking the pool and garden. On this same level, there are also two more bedrooms (one with a trundle bed for up to 2 guests, and one with twin beds for up to 2 guests), and a shared full bathroom.
On the lower floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The room has its own separate entrance, offering independence to guests who wish for it. On this same level, there is also a single bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one more room including a bunk bed (ideally used for the accommodation of the staff members).
The private fenced outdoor areas of the villa include a Lawn garden, large swimming pool, sunbeds and parasols, seating area, a shaded large stone dining table as well as a BBQ area.
