With a career spanning both corporate finance and hospitality, Michalis brings a unique blend of analytical and strategic insight to every project. In 2016, Michalis launched his entrepreneurial journey in the hospitality sector by founding Upgreat Hospitality, a boutique agency dedicated to delivering tailored consulting and management services for small and medium-sized hotels. His vision for elevating guest experiences and operational excellence soon expanded, and in 2019, Upgreat Hospitality acquired Olive Villa Rentals, a premier luxury villa management agency, enriching the portfolio with a curated selection of exclusive properties. Michalis’s extensive industry knowledge and multidisciplinary expertise have been instrumental in executing complex projects and fostering growth, helping clients in the hospitality sector achieve new levels of excellence.

Nikos Anastasopoulos

Nikos Anastasopoulos is a hospitality leader and Managing Partner of Olive Villa Rentals and Upgreat Hospitality. With a proven track record in the tourism industry, Nikos has successfully led the growth and development of both companies. Nikos has also served as General Manager of LUX&EASY, a pioneering hotel chain in Athens. His strategic leadership was instrumental in launching five innovative properties, setting new standards in the hospitality industry. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Nikos held C-Suite positions abroad at big multinationals such as Procter & Gamble, Richemont Group, and Philips. His extensive international experience in strategy, marketing, and operations has equipped him with the skills and insights to drive business success.
