In many cases, once you’ve entered the villa’s main page, the daily rates per period, will be clearly displayed. However, some rates are provided upon request, therefore you need either to register and login to our messaging system, or fill the Booking Request Form, and we will be happy to further assist you.
What does the rate include
Villa’s facilities and offered services, described in the villa’s main page, are all included in the villa rental rates. You may, as well, inform us about any extra services you are interested in, by logging in our messaging system, or filling the relative field of the Booking Request Form.
Can I make a payment with a credit card?
There is only the option of bank transfer, in order for you to make your booking payments.
Does the villa's booking need a deposit or payment in advance
Unless otherwise stated on the villa’s main page or agreed upon at the time of booking, the booking procedure is the following: A deposit of 30%-40% of the property rental must be paid upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 weeks before the date of check-in. If the booking takes place less than 3 weeks prior to the date of check-in, the full accommodation amount must be paid. No contract will exist until the owner has received the deposit, and the rental agreement has been duly signed.
Can I cancel my booking through oliverentals.com?
Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking, should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or the booking is canceled due to non-payment, then the owner shall be entitled to the following percentage of the amount; 3 weeks or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable deposit), less than 3 weeks before arrival = 100% (deposit & balance). All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing and signed by the signatory of the rental agreement. Security deposits will be fully refunded.
Are taxes included in the rate?
The rates displayed at the villa’s main page include all taxes and fees.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Our villas’ rentals, unless otherwise stated on the villa’s main page, do not include breakfast. However, you can ask for this or other services, and, if possible, they will be offered to you with at an extra cost.
Can I request a baby cot and will there be an extra fee?
A baby cot is offered in most cases with no extra cost. You can always contact us to confirm availability.
How do I find out if a villa allows pets?
You can contact us, so as to be informed about the pet-policy of the villa of your interest.
How can I make a special request?

Where can I find directions to the villa?
Most of our villas’ rentals include the guests’ escort from the arrival point to the villa.
In case that this service is not included in the rental agreement, we will provide you with detailed directions on how to reach the villa.

The villas listed on oliverentals.com are authorized according to the existing legislation of the Greek State (Authorized License of the Greek Ministry of Tourism).
