Villa Description

The Villa develops on three levels, has 5 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the Ground Level, there are two bedrooms with King size beds and en-suite bathrooms and balconies that have direct access to the swimming pool, two bathrooms, a kitchenette with a washing machine, and two large storage rooms.

On the Upper Level, Villa Julius has a master bedroom with a super King size bed with an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private balcony that affords an extraordinary view of the Aegean Sea.

On the Pool Level, there is a living room,  a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with a king-size bed (or two twins), an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.

The Outdoor Area features a private infinity 82 m2 swimming pool, a BBQ area, seating, and a dining area under a pergola -sheltered from the winds and an outdoor shower.
