The majestic 480 m2 Villa Amphithea lies on three levels, has 6 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 14 guests.
On the Ground level, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two large bedrooms with double beds. The balcony doors have direct access to the garden area and there is also access to the BBQ area as well.
On the First level, there is the main entrance of the Villa with a two-level living room, a dining area room and exit to an amazing balcony of 150 m2. in the back of the house among the olives and flowers. There are also two bedrooms with double beds, with their own balconies and two WCs (one also includes a large bathroom).
On the Upper level, there are two bedrooms with adjoining beds (the one bedroom has a large bunk bed and an internal staircase to the attic which has another double bed). On this level, there is a WC with a large bathroom and amazing views from the balcony.
The outdoor area ensures privacy and seclusion for the guests: tall trees maximize the level of privacy, quiet and security work beneficially in the microclimate of the space. Lavish gardens among with the large swimming pool create relaxed moments.
