Villa Description

The Villa consists of the Main House and the Guest House, has seven bedrooms, and can host up to fifteen guests and one staff member.

The Main House develops on three levels:

The Ground Floor includes a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a Guest W.C., laundry, two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a study.

The Upper Floor consists of the Master Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.  The independent Guest House features a living area, a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

On the Lower Ground Floor, there is a living area that can host two more guests, a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a storage room, a kitchenette, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom.

The Outdoor Area includes plot of 4,500 sq.m. with gardens, spacious living and dining areas sheltered with pergolas, private swimming pool with diving board, sunbeds, bar, grill, kitchenette, refrigerator, dish-washer, sound-system, outdoor shower, and W.C.
