The 400 m2 develops on 2 levels, has 7 ensuite bedrooms plus 1 staff room and can easily accommodate up to 14 guests.

On the Upper Level (pool level), there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the pool. On the same level, there are four bedrooms: Two ensuite master bedrooms with a safe box, an ensuite double bedroom, an independent guest room (master/outside of the main unit), and a guest bathroom.

On the Lower Level, there are two ensuite double bedrooms with a safe box, an independent guest room (master/outside of the main unit) and a shared sea view patio.

The Outdoor area offers a patio with a build in BBQ, dining area, mulitple sitting areas, infinity  pool with lounge spots ideal for serendipity moments, and a gym with a direct sea view for sports lovers
