Villa Description

The villa consists of two levels accommodating up to 10 guests and a staff person.
On the ground (pool) level, you will find a double bedroom with A/C that opens up directly to the pool area. Next to this room, there is another double (twin) bedroom with a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. On this level, there is also a maid’s single bedroom with an en suite shower full bathroom. Finally, there is a kitchenette consisted of a fridge and a sink.

The upper (1st) level features a large living room, an open plan dining area as well as an open plan fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 verandas (one of them has a

comfy built sofa, a dining table and a ceiling fan), overlooking the sea and the pool.
Further on this level, there is also a master bedroom and a double bedroom (both with en suite bathrooms), a twin bedroom and 1 separate full bathroom serving the latter.

All three bedrooms of the upper (1st Floor) level have air-condition units, while they all open to terraces around the house.
On the outdoor part of the villa you will find a 7 m. x 5 m. swimming pool and a fully equipped lounging area protected by a pergola. You will also find a magnificent blooming garden, that hosts a colorful mix of trees, flowers and lawn parts and a private closed garage that has space for up to 2 cars.
