On the Ground Level, there is a spacious living area with Smart TV and fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and two ensuite double bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor swimming pool which offers majestic sea views overlooking Spetses island.

On the Lower Level (garden level), there is a hall with a sitting area ideal for relaxing moments and, a larger sitting area with a sofa and sauna. On the same level, there are three bedrooms: Two ensuite bedrooms with a double bed in each one and an ensuite bedroom with a single bed.

The outdoor area offers a fancy private swimming pool, a BBQ area, and various lounge areas with sunbeds and sofa beds ideal for gatherings or dinner alfresco. Guests will mostly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while gazing at the wonderful idyllic landscape.
