The Luxurious 1100m2 Villa Liberia, lies on three levels, has 7 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

On the Pool area, there is a spacious living area with Smart Tv and fireplace, a dining area for 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and an ensuite double bedroom (two single beds which can be converted into a double bed) with its own veranda. From this level, guests have access to the large outdoor swimming pool (16.5x7m), and the BBQ area with a sitting table for 20 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is a playroom with a bar, a gym room with a sauna, a W.C., and an ensuite bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a double bed.

On the Upper Level, there is the ensuite Master bedroom including a dressing closet area, and a private balcony boasting Spetses’ island views. There is also an ensuite double room on the same level.

On the Lower Level, there is an ensuite bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a double bed and a suite where It can be used as a bedroom with a living room and bathroom or as a family suite with children sleeping on the sofa bed.

Finally, there is also a separate apartment including a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a double bed and an ensuite bedroom with a double bed.

The outdoor area offers a large private swimming pool, a BBQ area with an exterior dining area for 20 guests ideal for gatherings or dinner alfresco, various lounge areas, and majestic views of Spetses island.

Villa Liberia can be also rented at extra charge with an independent guest house which includes a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms: A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with single beds sharing a bathroom.
