Guests will experience the true essence of luxury during their stay at the villa, which, situated on a sequestered and blissful section on the edge of the caldera in the Messaria area of the island, offers an inspirational environment of immense proportions.
The villa has been built on a cliff-top area of 1,000 feet above the Aegean, and is engulfed by some of the most breathtaking oceanic views in the world. This beautiful white-stone building is influenced by a blend of modern and traditional Cycladic architecture, and ranks within the countless stunning residences scattered across this sensational island.
The 8,000 sqm brand new villa, has 5 ensuite bedrooms; 2 of those split into 2 levels, a 3 stages main infinity pool, a cave pool for relaxation, a heated 7m pool, and outdoor whirlpools. It can accomodate up to 10 guests.
Suite 1 lies on the ground floor, there is an ensuite double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Its’ outdoor, has a heated whirlpool and shaded living area with caldera view and a private backyard with daybed.
Suite 2 is a 2 floor suite. On the Ground floor, there is an ensuite double bedroom. Its’ outdoor has a heated whirlpool and shaded living area with caldera view and a private backyard with daybed. In the basement, there is bathroom with cave style bathtub
Spa Suite 3 is a 2 floor suite. On the Ground floor, there is a living room with dining area and a floating fireplace and an ensuite double bedroom. Its’ outdoor, there is a jacuzzi with private backyard with daybed. In the basement, the emotional shower, the spa designated room, the hammam and the WC are located. This suite can be converted into an indoor dining & living area during low & med season.
Suite 4 & 5 lie on the Ground Floor.
Each suite has 1 ensuite double bedroom, bathroom with shower and share a common outdoor heated pool , private backyard with daybeds and shaded living area with caldera view.
All suites have their own private indoor & outdoor areas, while in and around each airy suite are touches of luxury such as marble bathrooms with radiant-heated floors, fireplaces magically suspended from the ceiling, and stunning bath fixtures. Light, sumptuous fabrics serve as the “doors” for in-suite closets. All suites include Frette bed linen, pillow selection, pool towels, extensive range of high-end natural products, “Nespresso” coffee machine, Smeg refrigerators, 40-inch LCD Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speakers, air conditioning, telephone, and safety boxes.
The outdoor areas is a great spot for moments of relaxation while gazing at the spectacular sea views.
