A fabulous modern holiday villa complex constructed in 2019, Villa Serendipity is a true architectural gem, located in the entrance of the picturesque Kardiani village in Tinos island. The villa is settled just above Tinos’ most lovely beaches, and can accommodate up to 12 guests, offering privacy and utter calmness.

The villa complex comprises two luxurious independent & autonomous villas (Villa Armonia & Villa Galene)

The design is minimal, modern with elegant deco touches following the barefoot luxury concept. The villas’ location and provides breath-taking views of the Aegean sea, both from all its bedrooms and the outside spaces. There are also 2 private swimming pools, one in each villa (an infinity pool in Galene and a parallel pool in Armonia.

Villa Description

In total the stunning 270 m2 Villa Serendipity complex, comprises six bedrooms (plus one more basic staff or kids bedroom) and can easily accommodate up to 12-13 guests.

Villa Armonia 

The villa comprises of 3 interconnecting spaces that can be independently accessed:

In the first building there is a sitting and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious guest bathroom.

In the second building there is one spacious Master bedroom en suite with sea view, a private veranda and a separate lounge area (which can accommodate up to two small children, upon request).

In the third building there are two interconnected double bedrooms en suite, both with a fabulous sea view. There is also a basic staff room able to accommodate 2 members of staff in the lower floor.

Villa Galene

The upper level, with a living room and a master bedroom is given out to light; a stylish kitchen and an unpretentious outdoors “patio” dining area indulge guest’s whims. Enduring charm and timeless spirit are swathed around by the wonderfully white walls of this modern Cycladic gem. Elegant Villa Galene lives by every rule of nature’s principle, embraces the sea, the sky, the wind and the sun and is simply perfect in every way.

A few steps up there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and minimal details.

At the lower level a double bedroom with a private bathroom, like a secret spot, offers a secluded view to the charming village of Kardiani.

In the outdoors, visitors can relax and enjoy truly extraordinary seaviews from the private swimming pool area where there is a pergola with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The outdoor spaces provide views of both the sea and the beautiful village of Kardiani. There is also a shaded dining area, where guests can enjoy their meal, overlooking the open sea and sunset views and the mediterranean garden with its dazzling aromas.
