Villa Primavera can comfortably host up to 16 guests in its 8 luxurious bedrooms, all of which possess ensuite bathrooms. The construction, decoration, and all amenities provided, are all of the highest standard, destined to service the most demanding guests.

Outdoors, the views provided are the best one can dream of: Regardless if you enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast in the veranda, a late afternoon cocktail in the infinity pool or dinner alfresco, the outside spaces will most certainly match the luxury and quality of the villa itself.

The private, fully equipped gym with the hammam, provides a perfect addition to this extraordinary property, that is fully serviced 24/7 by two members of staff.

Villa Description

The Villa lies on 4 floors, offering comfort, luxury, and quality of living, with attention to every detail. The great advantage of this property is the easy accessibility to all floors by the internal elevator.

As you enter this lavish property, a spacious living room with a TV lounge area will unfold before your eyes, offering direct access to a balcony with unobstructed sea views. On this level, there is also a guest bathroom.

Going upstairs on the Upper Floor, there are two ensuite bedrooms: A Master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a bedroom with a Queen-sized bed including a jacuzzi in the bathroom area. On the same level, there is a spacious dressing room and a specially designed kids’ room.

Going a bit down on pool level, there is also a spacious living room on the left side with a fireplace in the middle of the room. On the right side of this level, you will meet a huge kitchen with a dining area, a perfect setup for alfresco dining. This level also has a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a guest bathroom. Going outside, you will admire the private infinity swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing dip during the day.

On the lowest floor, there are three Queen bedrooms, each one with an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms provides also a private jacuzzi in the bathroom area. On the same level, there is a private yard accessed by two of the bedrooms. For spirit-lovers, a State of the art Cava with unique labeled spirits is available for you.

In the outdoor area, there is also an independent guest house with a master en-suite bedroom and a lounge area. An outdoor infinity swimming pool is the major point of this villa with sunbeds around to enjoy a summer cocktail under the sun. There is also a BBQ and a spacious living area, ideal for alfresco meals.

There is also a private underground parking garage.
