Villa Description

Τhe indoor areas of the 3-level villa, meet the highest quality standards:

On the Ground Level there is a semi-autonomous apartment with four spacious bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms (one of the bathrooms includes a hot tub), and a living room (60 sq.m.) with a view of the yard.  On the same level, there is also a bar and a kitchen.

Going up at the 1st Floor (pool) level, there is the main, fully equipped kitchen of the villa, a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer, a full bathroom, and an office. The office includes two couches which can be transformed into single beds if requested. The 90 sq.m. living room takes up most of the area, offers great views of the sea, and opens up to the 70 sq.m. infinity pool (with an eco-friendly cleaning system). The poolside areas include sitting and dining areas as well as parasols.

The 2nd Floor level features a twin bedroom (20 sq.m.) and a master bedroom (40 sq.m.) both with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms open onto sea-view balconies.
