Villa Description
The 200 m2 Villa lies on 2 levels, has 3 + 1 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6+2 guests.
Entering the villa from the Ground level main entrance, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and aesthetic elements of furniture, a dining area for up to 6 guests, a small office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition, there is also a small bedroom which can be used either for guests/ children/ maids located next to the kitchen.
On the upper level, there are three bedrooms: One ensuite double bedroom with shower, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with two single beds (1 extra folding bed for a third person). On the same level, there is a bathroom with a shower, a storage area, and a veranda providing sea views. All the bedrooms offer a sea view and two of them face a garden view also.
The outdoor area offers an incredible panoramic sea view of crystal blue waters, a lounge, and four seating areas with traditional designs. Villa Arianne is truly a mesmerizing property and the olive tree garden is a great spot for moments of relaxation while gazing at the spectacular views.
