Estate Description

The 2000m2 Verdi Estate consists of two independent buildings, has 8 bedrooms in total and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

Building 1
Building 1 lies on three levels, has 4 bedrooms, and can totally accommodate up to8 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is the living room with sofa and TV, dining area (can sit up
to 4 guests), and fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge area, there is a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a home audio system.

On the Upper Level there is a cozy bedroom with an office space and wonderful sea views.

On the Lower Level there are three more bedrooms, two of which have an extra bed: The spacious ensuite Master bedroom features a king-size bed (1,70x 2,10m), an extra bed, a walking closet, and a private two-person steam bath. The second ensuite bedroom also has a queen size double and a single bed. The third ensuite bedroom has a queen size double bed and facing north is ideal for those who don’t want to use air
conditioning even on a hot summer day.

Building 2 lies on three levels, has 4 bedrooms, and can totally accommodate up to
8 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is the living room with sofa and TV, dining area (can sit up to 4 guests), and fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge area, there is a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a home audio system.

On the Upper Level there is an ensuite spacious bedroom with an extra bed, a private veranda, and a shower (ideal for couples but can even accommodate a family).

On the Lower Level there are 3 more bedrooms. The ensuite Master bedroom with jacuzzi has an extra bed and a fully equipped office. Two more spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds share the second bathroom.

The Outdoor area includes a big variety of Mediterranean herbs and flowers that blend in with the natural environment. The private swimming pool completes the perfect setup offering privacy, and seclusion plus is the ideal getaway for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the Cycladic spirit with a modern twist.
