The wonderful 450 m2 Villa Alba lies on 2 levels, has 4 ensuite bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

On the Main Level, there is a cosy living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in an open area, providing direct access to the pool area.

On the same level, there is an ensuite master bedroom with king size bed (180×210) and 2 ensuite guest bedrooms with a double bed (160×200)  and a double bed (180×200) or 2 single beds (2x 90×200). On this level, there is also an office area and a dressing room.

On the Lower level, there is a cinema room with a modular sofa fully equipped with a large screen and a high end audio video system and a laundry room.

On the same Level, this dedicated space with a large bay window opening onto an English courtyard can easily be transformed into a large guest bedroom with 1 king size bed or 2 single beds and its own bathroom. 

The outdoor area with wonderful endless sea view, the daily sparkling light all over the place and at the same time the shady corners including lounge area, an exterior dining space will give the opportunity at the guests to enjoy the amazing landscape and create unforgettable moments. The infinity large swimming pool with relaxing areas is definitely a hot stop during the stay.
