The 700 m2 main Villa lies on 5 levels, has 10 bedrooms and a guest house can easily accommodate 16 guests and is accessible by elevator.

On the Main Level, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and two staff bedrooms with a bathroom as well as a staff kitchen.

On the Ground Level, there are three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and an independent guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

On the Second Level, there are 5 bedrooms (four of them are ensuite ): The Master bedroom with wonderful views to the bay, a Double bedroom, a Twin bedroom, and two Single bedrooms (the one has an ensuite bathroom).

On the Upper Level, there is another ensuite Master bedroom, a sitting area, and a terrace with exceptional sea views.

On the Lower Level, there is the Home Cinema room, a mini gym, a sauna, and a bathroom.
