From the main living space there are stairs down to the pool, pergola and garden area.

On the same level, there is an ensuite Guest Master Suite with private patio area and garden access, an ensuite twin bedroom with garden access, another ensuite twin bedroom (with a further two pull out beds) with garden access, and a staff room with an ensuite single bed. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying calm moments, with comfortable areas to relax at every part of the day whilst the private infinity swimming pool boasts incredible views across the Aegean. The pergola provides shaded al fresco dining, complete with a professional gas BBQ and the pool bar with ice machine is on hand for cool refreshments. A sunken seating area is the ideal spot to relax with a good book and come evening time is great for watching the unforgettable sunsets and star gazing.
