Villa Description

Entering the Villa, a magnificent outdoor area with lush greenery unfolds in front of your eyes.

The villa comprises 2 buildings:

The main building (3 levels)
On the ground level, you will find an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with an impressive large monastery table, and an intimate living room with available office space. Additionally, there is one fireplace in the dining area, as well as one in the sitting area. On the same level, you will also find a guest WC.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, offering breathtaking sea views. On this level, there is also a double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, opening to a balcony. Between the two bedrooms, there is a corridor which leads to a balcony, where you can eat your breakfast or enjoy your late afternoon drink, overlooking the sea. This terrace is also accessible from outside of the main home, following a stairway on the side.

The lower level includes a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. It’s an ideal place to stay here, ideally during the summer period, as it is pleasantly cold! There is also a playroom with a home cinema and a laundry area.

The second building
The second building includes a double high ceiling en suite bedroom overlooking the pool, and a cozy living room, a second double en suite bedroom, and an additional sofa bed. Finally, there is a guest bedroom with twin beds, offering independent entrance and access to the pool.

An impressive marble dining table under the pergola, as well as a fully equipped barbeque spot, waits for you to enjoy your lunch with your family and have a great time altogether. Having a cold drink from an outdoor bar during the summer period is a truly refreshing option. Don’t forget to have a morning or afternoon swim in the swimming pool and then sit under the sun on sunbeds, overlooking the amazing sea view.
