The Estate

Arranged across four levels, the residence blends classical elegance with contemporary comfort. Carefully selected furnishings and original Greek artworks create a distinctive atmosphere, while Acropolis views from the upper three floors connect the home to its historic surroundings.

The estate offers seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guest WC. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the ground floor, with two further bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC on the first floor. The second floor features a spacious living area with a sofa bed and bathroom, while the third-floor bedroom accommodates up to four guests.

A dining table seats up to 20 guests, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, a six-burner hob and a double refrigerator. Additional comforts include a 90-inch TV, turntable, quality sound system, Starlink internet, laundry facilities and Olive Era bathroom amenities.

An internal staircase and a single-person elevator connect all levels. Private transfers, housekeeping, dining experiences, wellness sessions and guided tours are available upon request.

Outdoors

The private ground-floor courtyard offers shaded lounge seating, while the first-floor terrace features sun loungers for relaxed afternoons. A second-floor balcony enjoys direct Acropolis views.

At the top of the residence, the spacious rooftop terrace features two marble dining tables and uninterrupted views of the Sacred Rock—an exceptional setting for leisurely breakfasts, evening drinks and dinner overlooking the illuminated Acropolis.
