The wonderful 412 m² Villa Akalli, lies on 3 levels has 8 bedrooms, and can totally accommodate up to 16 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a high ceiling, fireplace, Satellite TV dining table (seats approx. 8), and study area. A fully-equipped kitchen with direct access through french doors opens onto a shaded lounge terrace with access to the pool area, a W.C., and two bedrooms are also located on this level: Two bedrooms with twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms with rain showers, walk-in closets, and beautiful views of the Mediterranean (one of the rooms has a small terrace with direct access to the pool)

On the First Level, there are two bedrooms: The Master ensuite bedroom with 1.80 bed, rain shower, a large terrace with great sea views, and an ensuite double bedroom (access via external staircase) with 1.60m bed walking closet, fireplace, beautiful views to the sea and private terraces with sea views.

On the Lower Level, there are the storage area, laundry room, and two bedrooms with twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms with rain showers, closets, and views, both with direct access to the garden and pool level.

The Outdoor area of 13,700 m² landscaped with terraced gardens featuring olive trees and garden pavilions take advantage of the wonderful views.

Guests can also find here and in the Garden suite consisting of one shared kitchenette, a small private garden with a Jacuzzi and it is connected to the main Villas’s pool and living areas via paved paths and two bedrooms as well:  An ensuite double room (1.80 double bed) with walk in shower, private entrance, A/C, ceiling fan, sea views and an ensuite double room (either with double bed 1.80 or twins or 2 sofas serving as the living room of the other bedroom) with walk in shower, private entrance, TV, A/C, sea views.

Villa Akalli offers magical views while offering moments of privacy. The stunning infinity-edge pool creates the impression that the water extends to the Mediterranean and is the ideal spot for serendipity moments.
