Upper Level

Bedroom 1: Spacious master suite (18 m2) with king-size bed (1.60×2.00), en suite shower room, and oval designer bath. Access to shared and private balconies.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable bedroom (16 m2) with king-size bed (1.80×2.00), convertible to 2 single beds. En-suite shower room and private balcony.
Bedroom 3: Cozy bedroom (16 m2) with king-size bed (1.80×1.90), convertible to 2 single beds. Access to a balcony.
Bedroom 4: Welcoming bedroom (16 m2) with 2 double beds (1.40×2.00). Private balcony access.

Lower Level

Staircase Access: A staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.
Additional Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the pool terrace.
Cinema Room: Versatile space with a large flat-screen TV, Netflix, PlayStation 4, Amazon Prime, Satellite TV, and a wireless printer. Can function as a cinema room, conference room, or extra sleeping area with 2 double sofa beds.
Open Plan Living Area: Overlooking the pool and bay, featuring spacious seating areas, satellite TV, and a large dining table.
Italian Luxury Kitchen: Fully equipped with built-in oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker, blender, Nespresso machine, and central island with high stools.
Side Rooms: Additional storage cupboards, microwave oven, oversized fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.

Pool Level

The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas and outdoor dining areas.
The 40 m2 swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool. It features beautiful non-slip mosaic tiles, has a shallow children’s area and a poolside shower.
There is an option for the pool to be heated on request with an extra cost.
The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests.
A full outdoor dining area and kitchen is situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. A large dining table has covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.
