On the Ground Level, as you enter the property there is an open-plan hallway, a dining & lounge area with a modern energy efficient fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with an island unit, and a bar area, a TV room, an Office/Study room, a guest WC and a utility room.
On the First Level, there are three bedrooms: An ensuite double bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and private lounge area, an ensuite double bedroom with a private lounge area, and a bedroom with bunk beds ideally for children.
On the Top Level, there is the ensuite Master bedroom, with a large walk-in wardrobe, and a private lounge area. On the same level, there is a large lounge area offering panoramic uninterrupted views.
On the Lower Level, there is are two ensuite double bedrooms, opening to large outdoor area with sea & pool views, a fully equipped gym
and two vast open-plan lounge areas (on the one of them there is a cinema projector for tranquility moments), and a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 guests.
