Villa Description

The luxurious 500 m2 Villa Astrid has 7 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 18 guests.

As you enter the Main Building of the Villa, you lead into the living and dining area. The living room features a fitted bar area and a TV ensemble. An extra dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and boasts big windows to have the alternative of inside or outdoor dining. (can seat up to 10 persons). There is also, a fully equipped modern kitchen, which can be quartered off for privacy and provides all the required facilities for essential or luxury cooking, a guest WC/Shower room.

On the Upper Level, there are two master ensuite bedrooms with King-sized beds, featuring big dressing closets, providing Sea View and their own veranda with a private outdoor hot tub.

Step outside and lose yourself in the villa’s panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The extended gardens blend in peacefully with the local aura. The 120 m2 infinity swimming pool with the option of reverse swimming, two levels of lounging areas (sunny & shaded for private moments: one by the pool next to the sunbeds and the second one, one level down from the pool featuring a center fireplace. Key highlights of the sophisticated Villa Astrid are definitely the fully equipped indoor & outdoor gym with all the modern apparel and a basketball court.

The outdoor area also includes five more ensuite bedrooms:

• Two bedrooms on the Lower Level: An ensuite bedroom with Twin beds (can be converted into a double bed) and an ensuite Family Suite featuring open space sitting and
  sleeping area, huge open-plan wardrobe (there is the possibility to host one extra adult
  or two young children on the sofa bed)
• Finally, secluded by itself in the garden, boasts its own private heated and jetted pool and sun deck. The room includes a living room, a guest WC, the ensuite bedroom with a walk-through closet area, and King sized-bed (there is the possibility to host one extra adult or two young children on the sofa bed).
