The 220 sq.m. villa has 4 bedrooms and 1 staff bedroom that can accommodate 8 guests, a child and 2 staff members.Built on a huge lot of 1200 sq.m. the luxurious villa consists of two levels. The ground floor features an impressive open plan living room with a fireplace, a large dining room and a fully equipped open floor kitchen with an additional dining space. There is a separate guest toilet on the level as well.   

All the bedrooms are located on the lower ground level: There is a Master bedroom with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and a small sofa bed suitable for a small child. The bedroom opens to a covered seating area. Another double bedroom bedroom with en suite bathroom opens also on a terrace with seating equipment. There are also two more bedrooms (the one is a double and the other a twin-bed bedroom) sharing a bathroom (all full bathrooms include showers with built cabins).

The floor also houses a double staff bedroom with separate entrance, including a bunk-bed, en suite bathroom and a kitchenette.
Outside the attractive villa, the infinity pool (aprox. 70 sq.m.) is the centre piece. The stone bar (equipped with a fridge), pool deck, two outdoor dining areas and several seating areas, will make entertaining very easy. The plot also has a beautiful manicured lawn all around the villa.
