On the Ground Level (Pool Level), there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor pool, a dining area, and a guest W.C.

On the Upper Level, there is an ensuite master bedroom with living room (2 bathrooms with shower and toilet rooms), a king size bed and direct access to the terrace with sea view.

On the Lower Level, there are 2 ensuite double bedrooms with pool glass view.

Guesthouse

There are 4 ensuite double bedrooms with a private entrance and sea view.

On the outdoor area, there is an infinity swimming pool, seating & lounge area, sunbeds, pergola with a dining area, BBQ and a helipad.
