On the Ground Level, there is a spacious living area with sofas, smart TV, and WC, a family kitchen with gas kitchen (SMEG), oven, washing machine, refrigerator, built-in bench table with 5 stools, a professional kitchen with all the amenities and a veranda with built-in 15 seat sofas and dining table for 10 persons. Three double ensuite bedrooms can be also found on this level: Two bedrooms with Queen size beds (180×200), separate shower and toilet rooms, and an entrance from the living area. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed (180×200), and boasts sea views and an independent entrance from the exterior path.

On the Upper Level, is located a VIP suite with a King Size bed (200×200), ensuite bathroom with shower and two sinks, and private exit to 2 terrace yards (one with 2 sun beds and one with a built-in sofa)

On the Lower Level, there are 2 staff bedrooms with private bathrooms and 2 single bedrooms each (one bedroom can be used as a gym since it has been designed as this), with a view to the couranglais and a staff sitting room, with a small kitchenette and a 3-seat sofa that can be turned into a bed. On the same level, there are a laundry and linen room, food storage room, safe room, mechanical room and storage.

A shading pergola 240m2 with built-in sofa for 15-20 guests, built-in pool sofa with sun beds for 5-7 guests next to the pool, a BBQ area, and exterior fully equipped kitchen (gas kitchen, professional kettle, refrigeration, washing machine), a private swimming pool (22×4.5, depth 0.80-1.60) and a dining table (can sit up to 15 guests) is the perfect spot for alfresco diners.
