The 300 m2 Villa lies on four levels, has 6 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

On the Ground level, there are two bedrooms: A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom as well.

On the First level, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: a Master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

On the Upper Level, there is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with a dining area for 12 people, and a 2,5 x 10 balcony with 360 amazing views with a dining table for 7-8 people.

On the Lower level, there is a playroom with a ping pong table, two bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, and a bathroom.

The outdoor areas include a private pool with sunbeds, a poolside dining area, as well as private balconies with a great panoramic view to the Old Harbor of Spetses.
