Villa Description

The 180 m² Villa Lilium develops on three levels, providing 5 bedrooms and hosting up to 10 guests.

On the Ground level, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining table for 6 people, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a WC, and a veranda with an exterior dining table overlooking the Argosaronic Gulf.

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with twin beds) with a shared bathroom and a beautiful veranda offering magnificent views to Spetsopoula and the swimming pool.

On the lower level, there is an independent apartment with its own entrance which includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms: one double and one twin bedroom.

The large outdoor area offers impeccable sea views of Spetses, Hydra, and the surrounding islands. There are lounge & sitting areas with a BBQ corner, a private swimming pool (4×9), and perfectly manicured stone gardens with a Mediterranean plantation.

Furthermore, there is a guesthouse which can be used either as a staff room or kids room, with two single beds (bunk beds), a bathroom, and an independent kitchen next to it.
