The main entrance to the interior of the Main House is at the Ground level. This is where the main living and dining room areas with the adjacent open and fully equipped kitchen are located. The living room is cozy and comfortable including a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and the entire home audio system. The provincial dining table style seats 8 persons and is situated close to the kitchen bench separating discretely kitchen and dining areas.

On the Upper Level, there is the Master bedroom featuring an ensuite King-sized bed, with a stand-alone rain shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet, mini-fridge, cable TV, and direct access to a balcony offering memorable sea views. All the amenities are made of high-standard materials.

On the Lower Level, there are two more bedrooms: A bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite double bedroom.

Independent Building

The building has its own access from the lower level but also from the exterior since the plot has an inclination. It includes two comfortable ensuite double bedrooms with a clothes rack, a small desk, and a large wardrobe in each bedroom. From both bedrooms, there is direct access to one of the exterior rest areas with relaxing pouf couches for a cozy and boho-chic atmosphere with amazing views. This part of the property can be used by guests that want to keep their privacy and independence from the remaining guests using the other sections of the Villa Gaspar. It is ideal for teenagers!

Guest House

On the Upper Level of the Main Building, there is also an independent 40m2 guest house with a Queen-sized bed, a folding sofa bed (ideal fo 2 guests), an ensuite bathroom, and its own kitchenette. The Guest House offers a secluded veranda with a small table while providing majestic Agean Sea views.

The outdoor area includes a private Infinity pool 70m2 and a pool shower with warm high-pressure water. Hammock, sun beds, relaxing areas for gatherings with friends and family, and a basketball court ideal for sports travelers. Due to the top hill location of Villa Gaspar, guests will totally enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from almost every angle!
